2. Try Mindful Movement (Meditation Three), Breath and Body (Meditation Four) and other meditations of your choice!

Also, try exploring ‘meditating solo’. Without any audio recording.

Remember to try another meditation, that particularly nourishes you or that you've explored less

3. Continue mindful living:

  • Choose an action and move mindfully whenever you do it

  • Breathing Spaces and Action Step (Finding Peace in a Frantic World, pages 225 to 232) whenever you are feeling stressed or low

  • Repeat week 3-another guilt free week! Needs met and not met each day
