Start Meditation Eight: 3' Breathing Space
This meditation consolidates the mindfulness skills developed thus far into three straight-forward steps.
Try to practise this twice per day during week three in conjunction with the mindful movement and breath and body meditations.
This is a useful meditation for when you are short on time.
